We take our lifetime guarantee very seriously. If a cordaroy's product ever fails due to workmanship, we'll repair or replace it for the life of the product. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including seams and zipper slides and/or zipper pulls and foam with the exceptions stated below. This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, moisture, normal wear and tear, teeth of zipper and/or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach. Cordaroy's will repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, cordaroy's will replace your product with new product of similar composition and price. Shipping costs may apply.
